Austrian coloratura soprano Beate Ritter jumped in as Zerbinetta in yesterday’s production of Ariadne auf Naxos at the prestigious Festival del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.
Her performance under the lead of Daniele Gatti was met with great acclaim.
