Shira Patchornik sings Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater at the Concertgebouw

Shira Patchornik debuts with La Cetra Barockorchester Basel and sings Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein

The Israeli soprano jumps in tonight as Arianna in the concert performance of Vivaldi’s Il Giustino with La Cetra Barockorchester Basel, under the musical direction of Andrea Marcon. She learned the leading lady part in less than a week while also successfully singing Susanna on the opening night of Le nozze di Figaro at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein.
